Filming days are always a mix of focus, fun… and unexpected chaos. 😅
Celine can stay locked in for hours, working in the moment with whatever the horse-and-rider combination brings, nothing is ever scripted.![]()
And that means we collect plenty of bloopers.
Once her focus slips, her playful side comes out, the one only the people closest to her ever get to see. 😂✨![]()
As the one behind the camera, I (Kirsten) love sharing these moments. Not just because they’re hilarious, but because they show how human and sparkling Celine truly is behind her serious work and passion for horses.![]()

Most riders can mount their horse… but doing it without stress or tension changes everything🩷![]()
In this carousel, I share why the way you mount matters, how tension shows up, and how small, mindful steps can build lasting confidence for both you and your horse.![]()
Want to learn a step-by-step method for calm, confident mounting?
Comment “MOUNT” and I’ll send you more information 🍀
We are not speaking horsey.....🐴![]()
And our horses are not speaking Dutch. That’s why it’s essential to create a mutual language, a clear way to understand each other. ![]()
In my lessons, I often notice that mounting seems like a big challenge. But in reality, it’s not just about mounting. Many difficulties start long before you get on your horse, such as understanding how to stand still, responding calmly to questions, or simply moving in sync with us. Most of the time, horses don’t misbehave, they simply don’t know what to do because we haven’t shown them clearly.![]()
That’s why the path I follow with my own horses and the horses I train begins with the basics: small exercises that build trust, awareness, and communication ❤️. When your horse knows the answer to your questions and you know how to ask clearly, every interaction becomes calm, confident, and connected.![]()
Building this foundation is not about speed. It’s about creating a horse who understands, trusts, and willingly collaborates with you. By focusing on clear communication, body awareness, and small structured steps, you’ll see how much more relaxed and responsive your horse can be 🍀![]()

Do you believe me if I say that...![]()
...not many horses actually have problems with mounting itself? 🐴![]()
Often, it’s not the horse that needs “fixing,” but ourselves😉 Your body language is always present, whether you notice it or not, and horses pick up on it instantly. For sensitive horses, like Midnight, staying calm and assertive is key before asking anything physically, whether with reins, a whip, or your hands.![]()
To stay relaxed, I focus on slow, deep breathing and a stable center. I visualize a balloon around my pelvis, inflating with each inhale and deflating with each exhale, helping me move consciously and efficiently. By centering myself first, I create a clear “bubble” that the horse can connect with, allowing him to respond calmly and willingly.![]()
💡 Tip: Start by noticing your own breath and posture before expecting anything from your horse, relaxation is contagious!![]()
🍀 Ready to take your training to the next level? Take on the challenge with yourself to become a truly horseworthy trainer! 🤩![]()
